Processing times vary depending on the product. Typically, ready-made items ship within 3-5 business days, while custom orders may take 2-4 weeks. Check individual product listings for specific details. Reorders of already custom items can ship faster.

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

7. Where do you ship, and what are the shipping costs?
We ship throughout the United States - we do not do sales outside of the US. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on select orders of $35 or more. Express shipping options are available at an added cost.
